We are so excited your child is going to be joining us in our children’s ministry! We believe our children can achieve GREAT THINGS in God when we teach them about Him and His amazing son, Jesus! Our kids are learning about God’s love in EVERY children’s room at our church.
Our nursery, SonShine Farm, is where our babies first learn about Jesus by being loved and well cared for by our dedicated staff. As we teach our youngest that there are people in the church that truly care about them and that they are people they can rely on, we are, in essence, teaching them that Christ cares for them too! We do our best to make sure our nursery is a safe, clean environment where babies can learn and play while you are away. Our toddler room, SonShine Playground, is the PLACE TO BE for toddlers! There is always something amazing being taught in that room and toddlers love to be in the middle of it! Learning is hands-on and always happening in everything they do: singing, dancing, snack time, story time, and play. This is where our children actually start coming home from church saying, “Jesus! Jesus!” Please talk to our toddler room coordinator, Michelle Gimmey, for any more information you might want for this ministry.

The preschool room, In the Beginning Kids, is our fastest growing class this year! In less than a year’s time, we went from 5-6 preschoolers every Sunday to almost 20!! Our kids LOVE the new curriculum that has them walking in a parade with Jesus on Palm Sunday and singing with Paul and Silas in jail! Our kids learn key bible concepts that they can apply to their lives. We are so excited to offer this exciting ministry because this is when we start seeing decisions for Christ. Our school age classroom, 5-G Challenge Kids, is where we continue to grow and nurture our children’s new personal relationship with Christ. We teach our kids the 5-G’s of being a Christian: Godliness, Growth, Giving, Gladness, and Greatness. Come join in the fun and get involved in this amazing class!
